Do you look at feedback before purchasing? Does that help you decide to purchase from one shop over another? Feedback is one thing that I dislike about Etsy. If a buyer marks positive they can write whatever they want and it can't be changed, even if it's not positive. I recently got an email from a buyer saying she didn't mean to leave the feedback on my etsy, that it was meant for someone else. Out of the goodness of her heart she contacted Etsy Support and even though it was "Meant for another transaction" it was marked "positive" and therefore Etsy will not change it!
