I have to admit I have a big sweet tooth!! When I heard of Protein Bakery I just had to try it. Protein Bakery makes many different flavors of cookies, brownies and blondies. The best part is they are packed with protein hence the name!
They do it by substituting white flour for rolled oats. Making is wheat free and high in diary fiber. Plus their is no trans-fat and it's low in Gluten. In addition Protein Bakery makes their delicious treats in small batches.
I was sent a box with assorted brownies and cookies. I was first impressed with how quickly I got my order! My kids and I opened it and awed over them. Then dug in! I can't tell you how yummy they were. They satisfied my sweet tooth! Everything we fresh and soft. I was very impressed with the taste. My all time favorite (and craving more of as I write this!!) was the Wicked Mint Brownie (pictured above). The size of the brownies were pretty large. I could only each half. Of the cookies my favorite was the Peanut Butter White Chocolate Chips. The two pack cookies come in the perfect size. My kids enjoyed the cookies and brownies as more (or more!) than I did. These were so good!
