Thanks to all our sponsors that made this possible! The benefit night for my friend Emma was a huge success. We had over 175 attendees and made over $5,000 for the family. It was a great way to celebrate Emma's birthday by remembering her and the friendships we've had. As you have read in my previous posts, my friend Emma was the victim of a pedestrian hit and run in November, her condition is still serious and we hope and pray for her recovery.
This turned out to be such a nice event. I wish I wasn't so busy helping with the food and could have taken more pictures, but I'm so glad everything turned out so nicely. We were also able to get a signed Seattle Sounders ball that we gave to Emma's son, as that is a fond memory he has of his mom, going to games. Thank you all again for your support!
